Frequently Asked Questions

Loading

The very first step is completing the intake form. Without this necessary information, we are unable to help you or answer any further questions. If you haven’t already, please do this ASAP! After you’ve completed the intake, if you are eligible to receive our legal services, our intake coordinator will be in touch with our representation documents and contract. You will receive further instructions at this point.

How long will this take?

The entire claims process can last, on average, several months, sometimes longer. It all depends on each case and what decision review officer gets your specific file. As far as our procedure, our services can take as little as a few weeks, if you are on top of communication and completing things we request.

Can I send you all my records?

Please wait until your VA Claims Advocate that is assigned to your case reaches out to you. Chances are, they can access all of your records once they gain access to your electronic VA file. If they need further records from you, they will let you know.

What else should I file for?

This is something that you and your VA Claims Advocate will discuss in detail once they gain access to your VA file and reach out to you.

Will my claim get approved?

There is no way for us to know this for sure, but please know that it is our goal to grant all your claims.

Am I eligible for VA Healthcare?

Please visit VA Health Care to see if you are eligible for VA healthcare. If so, you can apply directly on this site.

Can I get more information on getting a VA Home Loan?

Please visit VA Home Loans to find out all the information needed to apply for a VA Home Loan.
